I have an impassioned 12 years' experience in the service industry, with 3 of those years spent managing a kitchen and 7 years executing events up to 200 people.

After completing the Certified Specialist of Wines course in 2015, my yearn to learn continues throughout my journey of good food & beverage. Being a “Scrappy Cook” who loves nothing more than experimenting with new recipes and ingredients, means I have learned to let nothing go to waste whilst being creative!

I am here to help you get out of your cooking rut by showing you how to try something different! Whether you need help planning an event or just want some new dinner ideas, I’ve got you covered!
